Wholesale Dealer Agreement – Crown Wears
Crown Wears is a wholesale fashion apparel brand operating in B2B and bulk supply markets. In this document, “Crown Wears” refers to the brand, its management, and its wholesale operations. The term “products” refers to all apparel items supplied by Crown Wears, including current and future merchandise.
By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that you are an authorized wholesale dealer of Crown Wears and agree to the following terms and conditions:
The dealer is authorized to purchase, resell, and promote Crown Wears products in their respective markets. All products are manufactured through selected production partners in Pakistan, China, and Bangladesh under strict quality control standards. Crown Wears operates as an independent wholesale brand and ensures consistent product quality across all supply channels.
As part of wholesale operations, all authorized dealers and suppliers are granted the right to use official Crown Wears product images, catalogs, and promotional materials for marketing and resale purposes. These materials may be shared freely for business use related to Crown Wears products only.
Crown Wears maintains an open communication policy with all dealers and suppliers. Every authorized partner has the right to contact Crown Wears directly regarding any issue, order concern, quality matter, or business-related discussion. We believe in transparent and direct communication to ensure smooth wholesale operations.
All wholesale purchases, resale activities, and distribution must comply with applicable local laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of the dealer to ensure full legal compliance in their region. Crown Wears shall not be responsible for any legal matters arising from misuse or non-compliance.
Wholesale pricing, order quantities, and delivery terms are defined by Crown Wears and may be updated based on production cost and market conditions.
Crown Wears ensures all products go through quality inspection before dispatch. Any issue related to quality will be reviewed fairly, and resolution will be provided based on inspection and policy guidelines.
The dealer is responsible for proper handling and storage of products after delivery. Crown Wears is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring after successful delivery.
Crown Wears reserves the right to monitor dealer performance to maintain quality and brand consistency. Any violation of fair business practice or misuse of brand identity may result in review or termination of the agreement.
This agreement is designed to support an open, transparent, and long-term wholesale partnership built on trust, communication, and mutual business growth.
