20 Days Return & Refund Policy
Changed your mind or not fully satisfied with your purchase? At Crown Wears, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 20-day return policy for eligible items.
- Returns are accepted within 20 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- For wholesale orders with a total order value exceeding USD 1,000, if a return is approved due to an incorrect item or fulfillment error, the return shipping cost will be shared equally between both parties. The customer will pay 50% of the return shipping cost, and Crown Wears will cover the remaining 50%.
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
